ONLINE MEDIA BUYER
 
SNAP Interactive, a leading provider of online dating applications for Facebook and other social networking websites  is seeking a smart, media professional with experience in Internet media buying to manage all of our marking and ad buys on a CPM, CPC, & CPA basis. SNAP is a leader in the social dating space with over 20 million users.  Our ‘AreYouInterested’ brand is a leading dating application on Facebook, the iPhone, as well as a stand-alone site called AreYouInterested.com. Job will be based in Midtown, New York.

This is a new position for us with unlimited upside for the right candidate.  SNAP is an exciting rapidly growing company in the
emerging ‘social dating’ space, and gained 20 million users all through viral growth. You will lead the company’s media campaigns and be responsible for campaign analytics, reporting and optimization for maximum ROI across the US and Europe as well as other international markets. This candidate will work directly with our Co-Founder, Programmers, Creative Director and Finance teams as well as media partners and agencies in order to deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize highly targeted online advertising campaigns.

Position:
- Research, plan and buy media across all Internet media channels
- Oversee relationships with Facebook, media publishers and ad networks
- Integrate campaign tracking components & perform quality assurance
-Manage monthly ad-spend and prepare management reports
- Conduct campaign analysis and optimization using online ad tracking system.

This detailed oriented person must have strong math & excel skills to perform ROI analysis, monitor daily, weekly and monthly campaign performance and make fast decisions to optimize the campaigns.

Requirements:
- 2 years+ experience planning and buying Internet media at volume with proven positive ROI
- Knowledge of CPA, CPC and CPM media buys
- Experience working with Ad networks & affiliates
- Experience buying and managing ads on Facebook
- Expert at excel for campaign analysis and optimization
- 4 year college degree
- Familiarity with Online Dating industry
- Strong math skills, creativity, and optimization expert
- Understand Internet media financials (P&L)
- Super analytical and ability to interpret data
