SNAP Interactive, Inc. has a new opening for a Growth Marketing Manager to work on our new 50+ dating site, 50more.

Mature singles know what they are looking for, seeking matches with shared values and relationship goals. Our mission is to streamline the matching process by providing a handful of curated introductions daily, rather than an endless stream of profiles to browse. This way, users can spend less time searching, and more time connecting. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to champion this mission and build a vibrant community of users.


  • Develop and execute commercial launch strategy, which would include:
    • Content creation and marketing strategies
    • Social media
    • PR opportunities including news, reviews, interviews, etc.
    • Influencer/brand ambassador programs
    • Partnerships to maximize brand exposure
    • Cost-efficient event production
    • Direct marketing
    • In-product growth optimization strategies * Build the voice of the brand
  • Drive creative campaigns to create buzz and grow the community
  • Proactively identify angles and pitch product, vertical, and/or issues-based stories
  • Develop press releases, media alerts, case studies, and testimonials
  • Stay on top of industry trends, the latest PR/social media advancements and relevant campaigns


  • Writing & Communication – Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience communicating with internal staff
  • Relevant Experience – 3-5+ years supporting brands and performance-driven products in-house or at a PR, Ad or social media agency
  • Pitching and Negotiating – promotional business development across a wide spectrum of relationships including media, influencers and brand partners
  • Social Media Passion – Acute understanding of and passion for social media
  • SEO Fluency – Experience in building content tailored to drive organic search traffic
  • Positive Attitude – Approach each marketing campaign with a positive outlook and rally a team around campaign initiatives; strive for continuous improvement in campaigns, the Marketing Department and themselves
  • Branding Expertise – experience and good instincts in building a brand essence
  • Self-starter – Effective working independently and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Creativity – Ability to develop creative, newsworthy PR campaign strategies and promotions that resonate with the target audience to achieve our campaign goals
  • Organization – Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Computer Savvy – Extremely savvy with web research and comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and to assist with reporting
  • Previous experiences marketing products or services to a 50+ audience is a plus
  • Strong academic record and a BA or BS at a selective undergraduate program
