SNAP is a leading provider of online dating applications for social networking websites. We currently have two popular online dating applications on Facebook.com which have nearly 15,000,000 users. We have also launched 2 applications on Myspace and 2 applications on Hi5. Our applications are called 'Are You Interested', 'Meet New People' and 'Flirt With Me'.
We also own an online dating website called IamFreeTonight.com. Our Date Now! and Group Dating/Wingman concepts are designed to overcome the shortcomings of traditional dating sites by allowing members to meet tons of new singles in person with only a few short clicks.
SNAP is incorporated in the state of Delaware and based in New York. We were originally incorporated as eTwine Holdings, Inc. but changed our name in December 2007 to reflect our increasing focus on developing online dating applications for social networking websites. SNAP went public in 2006.
