SNAP Interactive, Inc. is an emerging multifaceted company in the online dating and social networking arenas. We are a publicly traded company on the OTC BB (ticker STVI).

SNAP is a leading provider of online dating applications for social networking websites, with over 47 million installed users.

We also own an online dating website called AreYouInterested.com. AreYouInterested.com is a unique online dating site that integrates with the AreYouInterested.com iPhone & Facebook applications. Singles can have one overall experience on AreYouInterested.com across the various platforms deeply integrated with Facebook.

SNAP is headquartered in New York City and is a Delaware corporation. We were originally incorporated as eTwine Holdings, Inc. but changed our name in December 2007 to reflect our increasing focus on developing online dating applications for social networking websites. SNAP went public in 2006.
